PVE Rewards
As we are aiming for our game to incorporate the aspects of both an RPG and a P2E crypto game, we want to make sure the rewarding system is both sustainable, and favourable to our players.
To do this we came up with the idea of having a Flexible Player Rewards Pool, this pool has funds added to it from a number of sources (In-game purchases, Token tax, marketplace transactions).
At any given time, a players rewards for completing an event, battle, or competition, will be calculated as percentage of the current amount stored in the Player Rewards Pool.
Some examples of what this might mean for you as a player:
Rewards will fluctuate all the time, there could be days with extremely high rewards (If many players are buying items but not many are playing the game to claim rewards), there could be days with low rewards (if not much money is going into the game and a lot of players are winning battles).
To compensate for low rewards, we have allocated a portion of the total supply as a buyback mechanism to bump the player rewards back up when needed.
As the rewards for a given battle are calculated as a percentage of the current rewards pool value, this means that the rewards pool can never be completely empty.
Rewards for battles:
Initially the players main source of rewards will be from completing battles to conquer territory for their faction:
If two factions decide to contest for a star system, then a Timed Battle Event starts, giving each faction 2 hours to complete as many fights as they can.
As many players from either faction can join the battle to fight for their side
At the end of the 2 hour timer, the winner is decided based on fights completed, the rewards will be handed to the winning faction.
Each player that participated in the battle to help their faction win will be given a portion of those rewards, based on how much help they contributed to that overall battle.
The stronger your Mecca becomes, the easier it will be for you to win fights, meaning you will be able to earn more rewards if you decide to invest in buying a strong Mecca, provided you put the time in to battle with it.
The rewarding mechanics were setup this way to maximize players P2E earning potential, while keeping the games economy stable. Rewarding our players that grind the game for many hours, as well as our very skilled players that can complete and win battle in short periods of time.
