Loot Boxes
The main way you will drop your new items and weapons will be by opening loot crates that you can collect throughout your missions and adventures across the galaxy.
Users can get free trait box per week for every Mecca NFT they hold in their wallet, this promotes users coming back to the game at least on a weekly basis.
They can also buy trait boxes outright with money (the proceeds from these sales will go right back into the player rewards pool, increasing the amounts paid to players, and helping fund future game development and marketing)
Types of Loot Boxes
There will be four different Loot Boxes, a Low, Medium and High tier, as well as a free weekly box.
Each one of these has different drop rates for each item tier. For example:
The Medium Tier Loot box has a high chance of dropping you uncommon items, but also smaller percentage chances of dropping epic/rare/legendary.

Players drop Low/Med/High tier crates by completing missions and faction wars.
These drops players get will depend on things like:
Amount of participation in a given battle
Rewards multiplier on Meccas used
Luck Stat of Meccas used
